To validate your booking, 30% deposit is required. Upon receipt of the deposit, the status of your stay inside the booking schedule at the top of this page changes from "Pending" to "Booked" followed by your name.
The balance of 70% must be received no later than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, except for long stays where only the payment of the first 30 days is requested. Each monthly payment is due 30 days before the term to expire.
After each receipt of a payment, you will receive in return an acknowledgment of receipt which will specify the date of receipt, the method of payment andthe amount paid, as well as the amount of the balance remaining due with a reminder of the agreed schedule.
Any cash payment must be immediately received by hand.
In case of reservation dating less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the totality of the stay will be required to validate the reservation.
The day of your arrival a refundable deposit of 500 € will be required.
Do not forget to pay your stay 1 month before the date of arrival to keep the mention "Booked".
When the word "Pending" reappears or continues after 8 days, the reservation will be canceled in two cases:
- Deposit not paid 8 days after receipt of firm reservation by email
- The balance of 70% was not paid 30 days before the start of the stay.
In any case, do not hesitate to contact us by email or call us to avoid losing your reservation.
In the event of a last-minute change, call us immediately to confirm that we will still be able to perform as originally scheduled.
